Validated by creating Function App with type - consumption. backup option is disabled. so answer is correct

I thought about OS first but it turned out that adding application is possible for Linux App Service Plans with code based approach. However, it is not possible with code less approach. That is the reason that if you choose Linux ASP, the enable application insight is grayed out. Hence, correct answer it option D: plan type
