"For optimal performance and experience, we recommend you use the latest version of a modern browser. Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 support is deprecated. We recommend that you use Microsoft Edge." https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customerengagement/on-premises/admin/supported-web-browsers-and-mobile-devices

It´s definitely A. In exam there are 2 similiar question. Once: user is using Microsoft Edge, so then the right answear is delete data.. second: user is using Internet Explorer, so the right answear is switch to Edge.

B sounds radical, that affects to all users. C in my opinion is not correct, you can fix an issue by deleting usage data but not reimporting it again. The given answer is correct, it happen with a couple of customers when they upgrade platform in D365, i think was platform 12

In my opinion, more than one answer is right. The performance problem is a known issue with IE11. So the first and quickest solution could really be, to try another Browser like Edge or Chrome. If the problem further exists, I would try to go the way discribed in answer C. Bad question :-/

Internet Explorer is a valid browser for D365. Delete to see if this resolves the problem, re- importing the changes immediately won't allow for checking if the problem is resolved.

It counts as a supported browser because Microsoft didn't have another as they started with D365 :-D But the performance issues in the beginning with IE was really ugly.

they switched up this question, the browser involved was Microsoft edge, in that scenario, option A of switching browser from Internet explorer becomes invalid, As I don't think the question was a typo, the option of Delete the sales form object in the usage data form seems most correct

A is correct because no other users are reporting issues if all users are reporting issue then C would be correct
