Participant: Users who are assigned to a specific group or role Workflow user: Users who participate in the current workflow Bad question. Both Participant and Workflow User could be correct

in my opinion it is C ; because as you can read the last sentence indicating that we should take into consideration that users who are assigned to these roles accounts payable manager /senior accounts payable clerk, might change their roles in the future so we need to set the notifications to users rather than roles . 2nd point that I would like to highlight is that the tab recipient is linked to the notifications section and NOT to the assignment section THIS IS WHY we need to account for both user's roles accounts payable manager and senior accounts payable clerk.

Selected Answer: B
In the Workflow editor, notifications can be sent to: Participant - associated to roles or groups (hence B, because F points to users) Workflow user - associated to workflow originator and owner (no such combination offered in answers) User - associated to specific users (no such combination offered in answers)

I think it is C. In the question the following is noted: "The workflow must be configured to account for people changing job roles." In my opinion should be option "users" which means notification recipient is "Specific users" https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/fin-ops-core/fin-ops/organization-administration/configure-approval-process-workflow

F is wrong. "Users" would uses individual users - not accounting for when that "user" changes job roles. B accounts for role changes.
