From my point of view, the answers are Quantity, Case, Case. We have 3 units of measure: Unit, Case, Pallet. 1 Case = 12 Units, 1 Pallet = 144 Cases

question 2 is "From unit in....", so answer is CASE, is from CASE to widgets. question 3 is "To unit in...", so answer is CASE, is from pallet to CASE. so I would go Quantity-CASE-CASE

From unit, To Unit is two key FIELD during conversion. I think MS is testing for this two fields.

I think Quantity, Case and Case are the correct answers. Big units are on left and in second question it has asked "From unit", 1 Case = 12 units, so from unit is Case, and in third question it has asked "To unit", but conversion is 1 Pallet = 144 Cases, so again case is on "To unit"

I Agree. To support that: You cannot change the "from quantity" in the definition of the unit conversion, it is always 1. So you have to convert using the following definitions: 1 Case = 12 Widgets, and 1 Pallet =144 Cases

widget case -------------- = --------------= ( we eliminate case and case so we will only still have widget and case pallet pallet therefore;) =widget/pallet which is the specified answer

Quantity, Widget, Pallet is correct; question 2 - when you are converting Widget to Case, your "starting" point of view is in Widget and your "destination" point of view is in Case, so FROM is in starting point (hence Widget is correct) (same logic for question 3, TO is in destination point (hence Pallet is correct))

I think the answer is correct 1. Quantity 2. Widgets (12 Widgets = 1 Case) 3. Pallet (144 Cases = 1 Pallet) Based on Microsoft's documentation I quote : " From unit – This field shows the selected unit. Usually, you should not change the value. (If you do change the value, you must open the Unit conversions page for the selected unit to view your new conversion after you save it.)" (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/supply-chain/pim/tasks/manage-unit-measure) This means conversions don't always use a small to a large unit format. Also, because the conversion is part of the question they've modified the From unit value from the default 1.

Quantity, Widget, Pallet, because the conversion of units of measurement must be from a smaller unit to a larger one: (2) 1Case = 12 Widgets -> From Unit = Widget and To Unit = Case (answer Widget) (3) 1 Pallet =144 Cases -> From Unit = Case and To Unit = Pallet (answer Pallet)
