This appears to be correct, you open certificate authority, right click certificate templates folder, Manage, select the certificate you want to Duplicate, and rename it. The Auto enrollment step is performed in Group Policy editor The first step in the answer choices would be to duplicate the template.

right , answer B is correct. The built-in version 1 template "User" was not modifiable, you have to duplicate it to a new template first to modify its configuration settings like validity and autoenrollment support.

User B. User certificate temple is schema V1 dont have autoenrollment after duplication you get higher V and get autoenrollment
