Normalization is the process of organizing data in a database. This includes creating tables and establishing relationships between those tables according to rules designed both to protect the data and to make the database more flexible by eliminating redundancy and inconsistent dependency. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/office/troubleshoot/access/database-normalization-description#:~:text=Normalization%20is%20the%20process%20of,eliminating%20redundancy%20and%20inconsistent%20dependency

Normalization involves eliminating relationships between database tables: No Explanation: Normalization is about organizing data to reduce redundancy and improve data integrity. It does not eliminate relationships but instead structures tables to ensure relationships are properly maintained, typically using foreign keys. Normalizing a database reduces data redundancy: Yes Explanation: The primary goal of normalization is to reduce or eliminate data redundancy. By organizing data into multiple related tables, the same piece of data is stored only once. Normalization improves data integrity: Yes Explanation: Normalization improves data integrity by ensuring that data is stored logically and consistently. It prevents anomalies and ensures that updates, deletions, or inserts do not compromise the quality of the data.

Normalization is tables related PK-FK, reduces space. Normalization is recommended for relational databases.

Without normalization, one may end up with the same data being maintained in more than one place. It may possibly lead to updating the data in one but not the other places leading to data integrity issues.

but i think this explanation more like a "human mistake" i still think the data before and after normalization shall not bring any change in terms of data integrity (in general speaking, neglecting any data operation after)
