It should be D, A record is needed for testing. Refer to https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/dns/delegate-subdomain

its A. you dont create ns record in the dns zone. its automatically populated

What's the correct answer?? it should be A or D?? A. Create an A record named *.research in the adatum.com zone. D. Create an NS record named research in the adatum.com zone.
