Either I'm lost or this question is not right. A: There is nothing for Button grids in the profile *B: Application type must be the POS type *C: Layout can be Centered or Right D: Profile has nothing to do with Cursors E: Profile has nothing to do with Screen Size. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/commerce/pos-screen-layouts

BDE. Most of the options are relevant for AX 2012 only, but screen layout could never specified in the visual profile. There is "Design allowed on POS" option which might be meant by "POS type" here.
