The answer is B and not A. -Any server placed in the Los Angeles office must not contain cached passwords The Domain controller does not make use of caching but does use a copy of AD DS database (including account credentials for all accounts in the domain) that is stored on the server it self.

It seems to be answer A - RODC. Writable DC have password any time with RODC we might control password replication (and caching).

Agree. We need RODC to go along with statement "Any server placed in the Los Angeles office must not contain cached passwords."
