Correct answer is - B. Because List is used to create string groups. Bin is used to create numeric groups.

B. As for the string type data (region), there is only one option "List". You can't set the group as "bin".

the answer is B. the field type is string not numeric or date (You can set the bin size for numerical and time fields in Power BI Desktop.) https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/create-reports/desktop-grouping-and-binning
