1. Open IIS Manager and navigate to the level you want to manage.
2. In Features View, double-click Authentication.
3. On the Authentication page, select Anonymous Authentication.
4. In the Actions pane, click Enable (or Disable) to use (or disable) Anonymous authentication with the default settings.

(OS) needs to change to IIS, and yes I am being a stickler, but we are in IT and need to ensure that we are fully documenting each and every section.
