C) The correct answer is Test because it says that as it is running. Yo cannot monitor as it is running if you dont test it

Instead, I think that the answer is Flow Checker. As the flow has been running and not in the test environment. According to ChatGPT, the answer is Flow Checker as well.

Checker Test Checker The Checker button is always up there in bar and monitoring. Here is the extract from following link that clarifies when and how run the test (triggered or manual): In the Test pane, there are now three options for testing your flow: Manually trigger the test yourself by doing the action that triggers the flow. For example, you can go to your inbox and send yourself a test email. Or, you can go to SQL and insert a row. Use data from previous runs to perform the test. New – Let Flow trigger the test by using example data that in pulls from the connector. For example, if you use the When a new email arrives trigger, the Flow portal will automatically get the most recent email from your inbox and use that to test your flow. Or, if you use a SQL Server trigger, it will find a row in SQL that matches the query you pass. https://powerautomate.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/test-data-management-connectors/

Actually, for 3) it's Flow Checker since the requirement is to monitor the flow "as it is running". The verb of the requirement is "Monitor" not "Run" like in 2). For Example: Using a scheduled Flow and be watching the Flow Checker when that schedule was triggered, would allow me to monitor the flow.

"You need to ensure the edits don't break flow functionality" the person that wrote this has definitely not used flow before if they think that's possible. Lol

Answers seem correct to me. Flow checker doesn't show the flow in action - you only see this in the test.

C) Test Question is tricky one for last answer, as monitoring a flow comes under analytics part, so its kind of testing activity, I shall go with Test. There may be chances, you have one more option in actual exam which is Analytics...
