A is the correct answer A. Merge function is to expand more columns horizontally. B. Transpose function is to convert row to column, and column to become row. C. Group by Address ID will help to count how many xxx (xxx is attribute that you choose) for one address ID D Append function is to add more rows vertically.

Id contains unique value so you can use merge. In this case, both The Customer ID and Address ID columns represent unique rows. If there is case multiple same ids then you can use Group By accordingly. For per customer and per region or state
