5431 is the correct order. The table constraint is created through a wizard, which requires attribute types to be defined before they can be attached to columns. Creating attributes must be the first step. When creating the table constraint through the wizard, the constraint is created first, followed by attaching attribute types to columns. The combinations are only entered after the wizard has completed so should be the last step.

I believe here we a talking just about creating table constraint. Not about model. So we need to define Attr Types first. Then create table constraint Then add Attributes/columns Than create available combinations Answer is 5431

Combinations should be entered first. Attachment to Model attributes can be done after that.
