This is on a VM with Gen2 and we can assume on the system a vTPM. In the settings within Hyper-V we can choose the TPM which is not listed here. This is another question earlier and a repeat. TPM was the correct choice on that one. Installing Bitlocker on Server1 will not do anything for VM1's C: drive. Therefore, if TPM isnt avail and only choice would be A.

Best answer is: A. From VM1, configure the require additional authentication at startup Group Policy setting. Allows use of Bitlocker without TPM (vTPM). Bitlocker doesn't require Secure Boot and other 2 answers are far from correct.
