D is incorrect because the requirement is to issue laptops to faculty, not to register new laptops in the system (which they do in SharePoint). You can use Asset management without Fixed assets: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/supply-chain/asset-management/integration-to-fixed-assets/fixed-asset-integration

No actually BC seem right. You can use powerapps to connect the workers to the assets in sharepoint
