yep, preferences\control panel settings\scheduled tasks. found in both computer and user configuration settings.

Using scheduled tasks seems to be also much better option in production too https://blogs.technet.microsoft.com/askpfeplat/2015/04/26/the-startup-script-is-dead/

B is ok. D is not correct as script (to delete cookies) will be run only when device is started instead of the specified schedule.
