Strictly speaking, moving the sales mailboxes to Exchange Online will achieve the goal because the outbound anti spam filtering will apply to email sent. However, it's an impractical way to solve the problem. A better answer seen in a different question is to change the outgoing mail route to use Exchange Online as smarthost (instead of using DNS resolution).
