"You need to create additional objects in Subscription1 to support the planned deployment." "To set up the source environment, you create a Hyper-V site and add to that site the Hyper-V hosts containing VMs that you want to replicate. " This is why A is WRONG. You don't create this "site" in Azure.

It's using the Disaster Recovery planner to migrate from on-premise to cloud. The Hyper-V site needs to be defined in the Planner in Azure so that Azure knows the source environment. Configuring the Hyper-V site is correct. It's not related to creating the on-prem Hyper-V rather than referring the planner to the site where it is at. Hope that makes sense :)

You need to create additional objects in Subscription1 to support the planned deployment. This clarifies any doubts if option A is either correct or wrong. This step is not performed on Azure side, is performed on Hyper-V on-premises equipment. So BCD is the answer.

We need to distinguish the objects created on-prem and Azure. The question is very specific: You need to create additional objects in Subscription 1. So the correct answer is B C D. 1. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/site-recovery/tutorial-prepare-azure-for-hyperv (B) Azure Recovery Service Vault (C) Storage account 2. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/site-recovery/hyper-v-azure-tutorial (D)Set up replication policy In the section "Enable replication", the storage account is used.

What do I need in Azure? You need an Azure subscription, a Recovery Services vault, a storage account, and a virtual network. The vault, storage account and network must be in the same region. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/site-recovery/hyper-v-azure-common-questions

can someone explain why Azure File Share can be used to store replicated data? It clearly says blob storage is used for access to the storage account that stores replicated data, from this url, https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/site-recovery/hyper-v-prepare-on-premises-tutorial

Quite sure the answer is BCD. I don't think Hyper-v site is an object in Azure. It is part of setting up Recover Services Vault. There are 3 step to step guide: 1. Prepare Azure: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/site-recovery/tutorial-prepare-azure-for-hyperv (answer is here) 2. Prepare on-premise Hyper-V. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/site-recovery/hyper-v-prepare-on-premises-tutorial 3. Setup replication for Hyper-v VMs. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/site-recovery/hyper-v-azure-tutorial
