I thought B,D too. But this is what I read from the link provided below the question: (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/fin-ops-core/fin-ops/organization-administration/tasks/set-up-electronic-signatures) Enable the Electronic signature configuration key Go to System administration > Setup > License configuration. In the tree, expand 'Administration'. Verify that the Electronic signature check box is selected. If the Electronic signature check box is not selected, you must enable maintenance mode. Maintenance mode can be enabled in this environment by running a maintenance job from Lifecycle Services, or by using the Deployment.Setup tool locally. So, it looks as though C,D are correct.

But C says in License configuration enable maintanance mode. You CAN NOT enable maintanance mode in License configuration form.

Here, License Configuration depicts LCS. It's C & D. Why not B - because we don't need to specify user's email address as it is already specified in "Users" in System Admin Module and if you will go to "User Options" you will find the email to be already specified from "Users". Please ignore grammatical mistakes.

I think B, D. The question is about new employees - so the ESignature functionality already On in the system. Moreover - you can't switch Maintenance mode from Licence configuration form

Selected Answer: BD
C: This action allows you to enable or disable the maintenance mode for the system, which prevents users from accessing the system while system updates or configuration changes are being applied. It is not relevant for extending the electronic signatures functionality to the new employees, as it does not affect the user's ability to sign documents electronically.

[https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/fin-ops-core/fin-ops/organization-administration/tasks/set-up-electronic-signatures] so I will go with C and D

I think adding the "New Employee" part in the scenario text adds confusion. There is no mention if the Electronic Signatures have been setup. From what it appears like, there is no special requirement to setup a user specifically, they just need to be System Users, so it seems like it is asking you how to setup Electronic Signature. So I would go with C and D, even though, Yes you can only turn on Maintenance mode on Tier 2 + environment from LCS.

Actually, the Maintenance Mode should be enabled in LCS portal instead.
