For Sales Module, Accounts and Contacts are the primary entities to store account information while for Customer Service, case creation is the preliminary step. In order for the cases to be assigned to accounts we must first identify the source for a case creation. We can configure mailboxes and allow the email activity plugins to create cases in the system. Hence the solution should suffice for fit gap to this requirement. Thanks Geeta
