Correct answer but reference is not clear. Reference should use t Azure SLA for VM: https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/support/legal/sla/virtual-machines/v1_9/

Answer is right: Availability Set gives 99.95% availability but Availabilty Zone gives 99.99% availability as asked

Why not D ? As Azure fence agent can be used . Pont 2 : Would be availability set which would provide more resilience
