I would say B is the correct one I think A is wrong, because the question didn't specify to add it to an existing form Thats why B is correct C is wrong because it says add the KPI to workspace from user interface, if it said add kpi to work space from visual studio or object designer it might have been correct

C is correct and they have tried to confuse. Workspace is also type of a form, and KPI are best place in a workspace based form.
