[All MS-201 Questions]

You have a Microsoft Exchange Server 2019 organization.
You purchase a Microsoft 365 subscription and configure Active Directory synchronization.
You use a smart host for all communication between the organization and the Internet. The smart host performs email hygiene and alters message headers.

The question is asking for email hygiene and alters message headers which means that it’s talking about the incoming emails which is the receive connector. A: The InternalSMTPServers parameter specifies a list of internal SMTP server IP addresses or IP address ranges that should be ignored by Sender ID and connection filtering. B: Should be receive connector not the send connector. D: You should be modifying not creating a new one. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/exchange/mail-flow-best-practices/use-connectors-to-configure-mail-flow/set-up-connectors-to-route-mail#how-do-connectors-route-mail-between-microsoft-365-or-office-365-and-my-own-email-server
