Question is no longer valid. Currently it is called "Azure Defender for Storage" and available also for Azure Files and Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/storage/common/azure-defender-storage-configure?tabs=azure-security-center

Azure Defender for Storage provides an additional layer of security intelligence that detects unusual and potentially harmful attempts to access or exploit storage accounts. This layer of protection allows you to address threats without being a security expert or managing security monitoring systems. Azure Defender for Storage is currently available for Blob storage, Azure Files, and Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2. Account types that support Azure Defender include general-purpose v2, block blob, and Blob storage accounts. Azure Defender for Storage is available in all public clouds and US government clouds, but not in other sovereign or Azure Government cloud regions. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/storage/common/azure-defender-storage-configure?tabs=azure-portal Answers are A and B

A is partially right to me, cant confirm table. B is definitely right. A/B as the rest arent right answers. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/security-center/azure-defender

Options A and B: ATP is rebranded, the services RTS; And, the question is specifically asking which "service" will generate "alerts". "Blob" service, therefore one *would* get alerts for both A&B; Admittedly, not comprehensive as gaps would exist for unsupported services, file and table. Ridiculous question...

No longer valid and only A would be correct. B includes blob and tables and tables are not supported. C is queues and queues are not supported. D includes queues which are not supported. https://azure.microsoft.com/en-in/updates/advanced-threat-protection-for-azure-storage-now-generally-available/

It would still make an alert for Blob and File. Tables and queues would just get ignored.
