Suggested Answer:
Box 1: No -
Azure Files supports two storage tiers: premium and standard. Standard file shares are created in general purpose (GPv1 or GPv2) storage accounts and premium file shares are created in FileStorage storage accounts.
You cannot create Azure file shares from Blob storage accounts or premium general purpose (GPv1 or GPv2) storage accounts. Standard Azure file shares must created in standard general purpose accounts only and premium Azure file shares must be created in FileStorage storage accounts only. Premium general purpose (GPv1 and GPv2) storage accounts are for premium page blobs only.

Box 2: Yes -
Geo-redundant storage (GRS) brings additional redundancy to the data storage over both LRS or ZRS. Along with the three copies of your data stored within a single region, a further three copies are stored in the twinned Azure region. So using GRS means you get all the features of the LRS storage within your primary zone, but you also get a second LRS data storage in a neighbouring Azure region. This data is updated asynchronously, so there is a small lag between the 2 data sets, but for most cases this is acceptable.

Box 3: Yes -
Blob Storage Standard can be used both LRS and GRS.

Given answer is correct. V2 with Premium Tier don't support file. Citation: "Premium performance for general-purpose v2 and general-purpose v1 accounts is available for disk and page blob only. Premium performance for block or append blobs are only available on BlockBlobStorage accounts. Premium performance for files are only available on FileStorage accounts." Can StorageV2 be premium? It's standard only isn't it? That's what I see in the portal and https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/storage/common/storage-account-overview

all is Yes, Azure Files offers standard file shares which are hosted on hard disk-based (HDD-based) hardware, and premium file shares, which are hosted on solid-state disk-based (SSD-based) hardware. "Premium file shares are available with locally redundancy and zone redundancy in a subset of regions."

sure, but storage1 is not a premium file share. In standard, StorageV2 can store anything. In premium, it's either or. So or Storage Blob premium or File premium. So NO.

It should be Yes, Yes, Yes for all three. The contention on the first one can be clearly clarified through this citation - "https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/storage/files/storage-how-to-create-file-share?tabs=azure-portal". It explicitly tells that GPv2 supports file shares on standard/hard disk-based (HDD-based) hardware. Additionally, the site also clearly show that GPv2 has two version Standard and Premium tier. So, i think Sumbasa is wrong in his assumption.
