perform full copy will do both tasks but the question need every task separately, so I guess the answer is the entity => export solution the data => export excel

A full copy will do more than just copy Store data to Production. Unless the Development Sandbox contains an up-to-date version of the data and Production was locked while development took place, it seems like high risk to do a full copy into Production

No Full Copy from Sandbox to Production entity is available so it's not a valid option I guess the correct answers: 1) Unmanaged solution for the entity 2) Export to MS Excel and use Data Import Wizard for migrating store data

The task at hand is to migrate only the Custom entity and all the store data. Nowhere it says it should copy all entities and all data. So the answer should be Unmanaged solution for the entity Export to Excel and use Data Import Wizard

Dont do a full copy. Full copy will get every data from every entity. Beside, a copy cannot be done to a production instance. unmanaged solution for entity excel file import to entity data

I don't see where it's saying that we need to do every task separately. To be honest the question here have multiple answers :| As SM said, we can do both by export excel and as mgharably said by export solution/export excel data or by performing a full copy. The ONLY real wrong answer here is to export unmanaged solution to import data...

I think, it's possible to create entity using Import https://community.dynamics.com/crm/b/mscrmcustomization/posts/create-entity-and-bulk-attribute-with-data-import-in-ms-crm
