given answer is correct You can view the date and time of deployment from "Deployments" blade under Resource group. Respurce provider doesn't tells anything about deployed resources in your subsciption. Resource providers section just shows the Providers that are registereded or not registered within the subscription So not possible

Just to be clear. It is correct because you clicked on Automation script, and that is not where you get this information. So answer is NO

There is no option like ‘Automation Script’ in resource group blade. Instead, look into the deployments - Deployments view provides history of deployments happened in a resource group along with last modified date. Answer is No
