For documenting and testing all possible scenarios and tracking implementation gaps in Dynamics 365 Finance Lifecycle Services (LCS), the correct tool to use would be the Business process modeler (BPM). BPM provides a comprehensive platform for modeling, documenting, and tracking business processes within Dynamics 365 implementations. It allows you to define and link scenarios, document implementation gaps, and track progress throughout the project lifecycle.

I believe DevOps is correct. BPM can document but cannot test possible scenarios. BPM identifies fits and therefore gaps, but DevOps documents those gaps and tracks the gaps through to delivered extensions.

The link you suggest says "You can perform fit-gap analysis between your business requirements and the default processes in Finance and Operations apps", the question was "Implementation gaps need to be documented" which for me says D. DevOps
