I think it is B and C. Spelling and grammar error can be in the domain name, etc.. "Accordingly, when you get an email requesting personal information, look for signs that the email is fake and that links within it go to bogus websites (e.g., instead of going to ebay.com, a link goes to ebay.com.com or ebay_ws-com)."

Maybe grammar error is more a problem for non english communication. I have gotten a bunch of mails and stuff in my language that looks like very bad google translate
