AEF Note that the solution want contoso users to be isolated but litware to be able to see everyone. A: Contoso users need a new ABP to get the new GAL instead of the default GAL. E: The new OAB will be assigned to the new ABP F: The new GAL that has limited visibility will be assigned to the new ABP. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/exchange/address-books/address-book-policies/address-book-policies B: This will prevent the litware from seeing the contoso users. C: Email address policy is to determine the smtp address format.
