Why is "You can store data in a standardized format" the right answer? I know that the CDM provides an framework of tables & relationships, furthermore enables the path to share data from standalone and incompatible systems. However isn´t the Dataverse (CDS) storing and securing the Data?

The common data model gives the data a standardised structure, which in this case would help both systems talk to each other as the format for both would be the same
