I think A also, but I think there is a typing error here, it is not logical to search for "˜pickle'. If the C answer were to be correct the search input should be pickle*
The question asks why the sales representative isn't able to find Munson's pickles in the list. Since D365 defaults to use 'Starting with' for filters, unless any other is applied, the sales representative will not find the customer with entering 'Pickle'.
Therefore, the cause of the issue is likely C due to the default picked filter - but the cause could technically speaking also be A, should the representative have chosen the wrong filter. I'd personally recommend using the 'Contains' filter for solving the issue.
