Agree. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/learn/modules/extend-power-app-portals/3-portal-javascript " ...custom JavaScript can be added directly to a portal page in the Power Apps portals Studio source code editor and to web templates... In addition, the Table Lists, Table Forms, and Web Forms features include a custom JavaScript column that allows developers to add scripts that implement the required functionality."

There is no way to add it to webform. Webformstep would be correct but not webform

Going with this, since it says it black + white in one sentence and they usually pull from docs terminology.

Entity lists --> Portal entity (adx_entitylist) with direct custom JS support A. Web pages --> Indirect JavaScript Support (via template or HTML injection) - Entity exists in Dataverse (adx_webpage), supports JS but not through a "custom JS" field

I think that currently A-C-D are possible: "Lists, Forms, and Multistep Forms include a custom JavaScript column that allows developers to add scripts that implement the required functionality when a specific list or form loads." (Lists = Entity Lists, Forms = Webforms) You can add custom JavaScript directly to a website page by using the Visual Studio Code editor. With the Power Pages Management app, you can also include the script as part of a web template, making the functionality available to any page based on that template. (Web pages) If we are talking about the options that does not require an additional tool, then: C - Webforms (Forms and Multistep forms) D - Entity lists (Lists)

A similar question is present here: https://www.examtopics.com/discussions/microsoft/view/105085-exam-pl-400-topic-5-question-34-discussion/ And webforms are not an option there, so maybe we should go with A and D (Answer is the same in the other question)

Selected Answer: AB
C. Webforms: While webforms allow you to design multi-step forms and logic within the portal, they are not a direct means of embedding custom JavaScript. However, you can use JavaScript within web pages or web resources to enhance webforms. D. Entity lists: Entity lists display data from Dataverse in the portal. Although you can use JavaScript to customize their behavior indirectly, entity lists themselves do not allow direct JavaScript embedding.
