A. False, it DOES affect the entire group that connected to the central device B. True, easier to add / remove nodes C. False, if a node connection to central device is severed, it can't go anywhere else (except if the node have 2 or more working network interfaces) D. True, in the ring topology, if one connection is severed, connection between nodes which are close to the severed connection have to travel more distance than usual. If it was on star, the node and the central device cannot communicate with each other since they are directly (dis)connected.
