Managing users both on-premises and in the cloud poses challenging scenarios. Microsoft’s identity solutions span on-premises and cloud-based capabilities. These solutions create a common user identity for authentication and authorization to all resources, regardless of location. We call this hybrid identity.

Should this not be MFA??? Because the third condition states that it "required additional verification during authentication" someone please verify, my exam is in a bit!!

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/conditional-access/overview Here you find, at the bottom, that conditional access is widely used to enable MFA under certain circumstances. That said, MFA is part of the third option, but Conditional Access fills both three options, even if it does not the third task, it "enables requiring additional verification."
