But this option isn't available in d365 or is it?, So i would go with B, this option was available in D2012 r3 or something... ;)

True, it is not an option, but closing the calendar directly would affect the other resources too. Maybe play with the calendar assignment on the resource, setting an expiration on the existing record and creating a new one effective from 2 days after?

Or what sadiq_d365 posted - All you can do in Calendar deviations is assign a different calendar on selected days, so you could create an "empty" calendar to use on those days.
