The first question is a bit screwball as the expiry date of the Aloe (2018) should be the key driver as this expiry date is to be inherited and as the earliest date, this would be the one picked up. Assuming it should be 2019 would make the 06/01/2019 the correct answer. The second question is also bit of a mess as it is missing the crucial piece of information which controls whether batch attributes are actually inherited i.e. active batch attribute selection. Consequently it must be assumed this is not defined, meaning no batch attributes are actually inherited = to capture any batch attributes this must be done by testing (although there are also no details to establish that batch attributes and testing are configured correctly for this to work).
