the answer is till correct based on the link i referenced and it was recently updated; however there is a screenshot with delivery optimization setting available in update ring settings posted in a question somewhere in md101 examtopics. Create the profile Sign in to the Microsoft Intune admin center. Select Devices > Configuration profiles > Create profile. Enter the following properties: Platform: Select Windows 10 and later.
