Data Performance tool doesn't exist any more, so I don't expect this question in the exam. Replaced by Azure SQL optimizations (not sure)

As per discussion on a related question from this group, the correct course of action is to remove the optimizations that have degraded performance (the ones showing a positive operational effect). Thus, "No" is the correct response to this question.
