To, ensure senders are marked as spam, you need to modify "outbound spam policy". Creating a connector, doesn't help entirely. Partially, yes.

Answer should be false, setting the send connector to use Exchange Online doesnt automatically block the sales department users from sending outbound spam emails, you still need to specify and configure.

The answer is correct because EOP will restrict them automatically.
