Sensitive information types (SITs) are part of the new Microsoft Purview (compliance) service offering and are not covered in the 2022 exam. Rather this will be covered in the SC-400 exam. To create a SIT users should visit the Purview Compliance portal at ( https://compliance.microsoft.com/dataclassification ) , select the "Sensitive info types", followed by "Create sensitive info type".

Incorrect. Read the question again. You are already the AAD Global Admin. In order to make a custom sensitivity label you first need an information type. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/compliance/create-sensitivity-labels?view=o365-worldwide

I will go with A as well. As the other answers do not necessary apply. You do not have to upgrade your role if you are global admin to create sensitivity label. I also don't see the need to upgrade https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/compliance/create-sensitivity-labels?view=o365-worldwide

true. "The global admin for your organization has full permissions to create and manage all aspects of sensitivity labels." https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/compliance/create-sensitivity-labels?view=o365-worldwide#before-you-begin
