The right answer is Azure Migrate, in fact using Azure assessment tool can help their server assess. Azure Migrate takes the guesswork out of calculations and translates CPU, disk, and memory of an onpremises system to an equivalent environment in Azure. The service recommends a specific size of VM and disk type based on performance data.

I think Answer would be B- It explicitly asks for how many and what sizes of VM, for which Azure pricing calculator is the best option here. Azure Migrate is also an option to choose but when it ask to estimate the compute and storage cost of VM's. Any other suggestion please

The question asks for how many and what size of VMs you need to create in Azure to equal the performance of your current on-prem solution. The question does not ask you to calculate the price.
