F3, E5, F3 imo. E5 has the voice conferencing needed for team 2. F3 is the cheapest way to have online apps (team 1), and it also has Teams, which is the "task and shift management bit" needed by team 3. Quote: "Chat, meet, share files, and work with business apps within a shared workspace. Also includes Walkie Talkie, Tasks Management and Shift Management." https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/enterprise/f3

Actually, now that I think of it, "calendering" could refer to Microsoft Bookings which F3 doesn't have. You'd need to use E3. That would mean the correct answer is E3, E5, F3.

Except since March 22, the Audio conferencing is included in basic subscriptions: https://www.quexcel.com/knowledge-base/knowledge-base/no-longer-additional-cost-for-microsoft-teams-audio-conferencing/ So dunno what this means for an exam now

F3 https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/enterprise/frontline#office-SKUChooser-0dbn8nt E3 https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/enterprise/compare-office-365-plans F3 includes Teams and the link says: including Walkie Talkie, Task Management, and Shift Management. For team2 E3 also covers all parameters, E5 knows more in analytics, thread protection, etc. So: F3, E3, F3

Team1 - F3 Team2 - E5 Team3 - F3 For Team2, the request involves making phone calls to customers for which the phone system present only in E5 is required and not included in E3, which offers only teams - enterprice voice for the keypad and the ability to hook up a phone number for PSTN calls

"to hold telephone calls with clients and host online meetings" you don't need E5, E3 is enough. E5 brings a phone system and audio conferencing. So the second is E3 in my view

Teams comes with Shift Management, so it will require F3 licence (not E3) . (It is recommended for frontline users, too) https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/what-is-shifts-f8efe6e4-ddb3-4d23-b81b-bb812296b821

It would seem to me that Team 2, can use E3, all they need in addition to email/calendaring, is teams.

✑ Licensing costs need to be minimized. Why would you buy an extra addition if F3 is cheaper and already has teams?

Only thing that E5 has for Teams that E3 does not are Phone System and Audio Conferencing...to me question its not clear enough but maybe that's the reason for choosing E5 Source: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/enterprise/compare-office-365-plans Look for teams tab and expand
