1. **Users in the R&D department will not be able to join Skype for Business Online meetings** - **Yes**, this is true. The coexistence mode for the R&D department is set to "TeamsOnly", which means they will only be able to use Microsoft Teams. 2. **Existing Skype for Business Online meetings scheduled by users in the HR department will migrate automatically to Microsoft Teams** - **No**, this is not true. The coexistence mode for the HR department is set to "SfbwithTeamsCollab and Meetings", which means they can use both Skype for Business and Microsoft Teams for meetings. The meetings won't migrate automatically to Teams. 3. **Users in the HR department will be able to make and receive PSTN calls by using Microsoft Teams** - **Yes**, this is true. Microsoft Teams is configured for PSTN calls, so users in the HR department will be able to make and receive these calls using Teams.

I assume it is not valid anymore. Coexistance mode is disabled by Micrososft.

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/skypeforbusiness/audio-conferencing-in-office-365/setting-up-the-meeting-migration-service-mms When you use the on-premises admin tools (either Move-CsUser or the Admin Control Panel) to move a user to the cloud, existing meetings are automatically moved to the cloud and converted to TeamsOnly. With mode=TeamsOnly or mode= SfBWithTeamsCollabAndMeetings.
