A connector may provide tables of data or actions. Some connectors provide only tables, some provide only actions, and some provide both. Also your connector may be either a standard or custom connector. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/maker/canvas-apps/connections-list

A connector in Power Apps provides actions (operations that can be performed on the connected data source) and triggers (events that initiate actions within the app based on changes in the data source). These are core functionalities of connectors.

B. data sources C. actions A data source is an object that provides access to the data stored in a connector, such as a table, a list, a collection, or a record. A data source can be used to display, edit, or update data in a canvas app. An action is an object that provides a specific functionality or operation that can be performed by a connector, such as sending an email, creating a file, posting a message, or running a query. An action can be used to trigger a workflow, automate a task, or interact with a service in a canvas app
