I'm thinking that the second question answer should be Yes. Some participants are external as the image shows the participant as Unknown. If they were internal users, the names would be displayed. Also the third question answer should be No by the same logic. The host in the image is Unknown and if it were an internal user, the name would be displayed.

I think we need to assume that the user role has full access to see all report details, the goal of the question is not to evaluate the permission levels for each role, the goal is to test your report analysis skills.

Check the answer from Onaz. The 10 users shows as ¨unknown¨ therefore by your explanation will mean that all the assistants where external to the company which doesnt make any sense. The explanation from Onaz makes sense. The Teams Communication Specialist Role doesnt have the rights to see individual users therefore only sees ¨unknown¨

1. NO : the system only displays 7 participants so the audio quality was good 2. YES : the second capture indicates 10 participants but the meeting had 12 so surely the 2 others are unknown to the system and therefore outside the organization. 3. NO : on the capture, it shows unknown. If it is a user of the company it will be known to the system.

Make sense NO-YES-NO because "Session type" for two users are different from other users. It seams that these 2 users are affect from diferent meeting policy/setting like guest. Only 10 users qualify Metting Audio in the end of meeting and this is 100% of qualifications. Detailed meeting info show 12 participants, so 2 participants don't appear in Qualify graph and these don't affect the total count.

Maybe NO-YES-YES. I think that info about other users rate isn't available if the meeting is organized from external user. And all participants are showed as Unknow

Also, on the left side of the call analytics tab, it shows 10 participants (likely internal), and on the right side it shows 12 participants - (likely the 2 external?) So should be: NO, YES, NO

No/No/No But second thought, Q3 might be Yes. Even though the organizer shown as Unknown, admin cannot see the report if the meeting is not organized by internal user..

Second answer is Yes, External users are shown as unknown users by design. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/troubleshoot/meetings/external-user-shown-as-unknown

I'm pretty sure that the image is of a user that is the guest to another meeting. That's why all participants are unknown

IMHO, the exam question looks pretty tricky and different than in current reality. By far, starting from the Users folder in the Teams administration panel Users > Username > Meetings&Calls, I see that in GA context, I can see names of all internal users and registered guests. Still, if registered guests joined the meeting from a private account using a link, he is seen as an Anonymous user. In the CommSupport context, I can see only an organiser Name at the top left section. Even though, in a Timeline, the organiser name reflected as INTERNAL akin to other internal users and unregistered guests as Anonymous users. A Participant details table follows the same logic. Hope exam questions are updated accordingly.

Q3 - By the Exhibit the organiser is not a user of the company because it shows unknown. Company user's names are always shown in the report. Tested in a live environment.

I would stick the the answer stated on this site. For the persons who say they tested it out. Only a GA will give you the option for meeting details. So based on the screen shot that view is only from a GA. I have been setting up live events and meetings and have noticed for whatever reason users are sometimes recognized as unknown. In my testing External and anonymous Users are stated as those. I am also unsure of the answer but I am assuming because there was some issue during the meeting the users were showing up as unknown. therefore I am assuming that all users are from the organization. Regarding the meeting details the other summary between the 10 and 12 participants, I am also assuming because 2 users didn's stay long enough in the meeting they didnt have any data to provide the system hence the reson for seeing the difference.

There is a lot of assuming in your comment. Never ever assume on a Microsoft exam. And also never trust brain dumps.
