The aggregation is 15 min so it counts last 15 min and when number of errors is greater then threshold (3) it sends an alert. So the answer is correct

Period (the look back window over which metric values are checked): Over the last 15 mins Frequency (the frequency with which the metric alert checks if the conditions are met): 5 min the condition is greater than. so the answer is correct

E: only 8:05 Threshold is 3 so the alert should rise when there are 3 error within 5 min period. Can anyone confirm or explain why it's 8:10,15 and 20?

threshold 3 means the count should be at least 4. It checks every 5 minutes if in the last 15 minutes the count is greater then 3, therefor the answer is correct.
