Why the first one is NO isn't SFB with collaboration and meetings means we can use both Skype & Teams as a requirement of sales department ,?

yes, but all other modes except islands are interoperable. you need islands mode to separate the two, and have each communicate with the same client that initiated the communication.

it means that call and chat in skype and meeting and channel in Teams which is not suitable for sales department.
