A and E "Ensure that only the Activity, Shifts, Chat, and Calling apps are always visible in the app bar of the Microsoft Teams client" (for everyone, Global app setup policy) Edit the Global app setup policy, Pin the Apps, save "Prevent only the users in the company sales department from adding other apps to Microsoft Teams" (prevent adding Apps, for a sales group, not everyone) Create a custom permission policy, then apply it to the sales Group. (2 steps, the answer is missing the second step)

A is incorrect. Doing A will impact the entire organization. The goal is to only impact Sales.

Taking a second look at this one, I think it is actually correct. you are configuring Teams, for the sales group only, not everyone.

I agree, the key is in the last part of the question "Which two actions should you perform for the Sales group?". If the first requirement should be applicable for everyone in the company we would have to change the global wide policy

Also, it is MS best practice not to change the global policies.

If you modify the Global app setup policy you will affect all the users

That was my first guess. However, the best practice would require to create a separate setup policy and leave the global policy untouched.
